She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth T. Dolphin and Josephine Ahrens Dolphin; her granddaughter Anna Elizabeth Bentz; and her brother-in-law George Gackowski. She is survived by: her granddaughter Joni (Jim); her husband James J. "Jim" Hodakievic; her children, Pete Hodakievic (Tamara Cort) of Sugarland, Texas and Bethany Bentz (Bob) of Marysville; her grandchildren, Madison, Bailey, Andrew, Austin and Peyton; her brother Jim Dolphin (Susan) of Round Rock, Texas; her in-laws, Reggie Gackowski of Parma, Kerry Hodakievic of Pataskala, Allan Hodakievic (Rose) of Twinsburg, Ron Hodakievic (Joanne) of Parma, Chris Hodakievic (Julie Spetz) of Lewes and Chris Valo of Westerville; and also, Joni, Pete and Bethany. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
