She was predeceased by: her father James Lewis; and her sister Jan Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Erica Webb of Cardington, Jody Suing (Brian) of Middletown and Jaymes "Michael" Evans (Nancy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Zach, Amber, William, Damian, Darion, Kelly, Shane, Mackenzie of Lucy, CJ, Jose and Ema; her great grandchildren, Harley, Lacey Grace and Noelle; and her siblings, Cheryl Beach (David), Jay Evans (June), Jim Evans (Kim) and Tamara Cox (Troy). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
