We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2019, at the age of 83, Jesse W. Dowdy Jr. (Marysville, Ohio), born in Paducah, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. and Mary Alta Sellars Dowdy, Sr.; his brother Curtis; his granddaughter Sabrina Quinones; and his great grandchild Hunter Woodford.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wyatt Dowdy; his daughters, Sheela Miller (Paul) of Marietta, Anita Marie Woodford (Joby) of Marysville and Theresa Marshall (Shawn) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Shannon Strickler (Shawn), Jay Woodford (Tina), Josh Woodford (Miranda), Chuck Kiggans, Kayla Kiggans Whitaker (Patrick), Alicia Kiggans, Julia Marshall, Alec Marshall, Jessilyn Kiggans and Eduardo Quinones; his great grandchildren, Ali, Raygan, Evan, Gracyn, Jalyn, Savannah, Spencer, Shayla, Eleisea, Wyatt, Sage, Cam, Ava, Trenton, Maliyah, Carly and Tabi; and his sister Helen Russell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
