He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Gossman-Loulan; his sons, Steven Loulan of Marysville, Bryan Loulan of Marysville and Robinson "Robbie" Loulan of Missouri; his siblings, Lynne Ashmead of Florida, Frank Loulan (Richard Pearce-Moses) of Washington, Linda Simmons (Jerry) of Kansas and Nancy Goerlich (Richard) of Arizona; his mother-in-law Sandra Gossman of Urbana; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Glazebrook of Arizona and Arlene Link (Kenny) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
