She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Bollinger and Barbara Coleman Bollinger; and her former husband Gregory Tipton. She is survived by: her husband Joseph P. Carr; her children, Galen Tipton, Nathan Tipton, Nicole Carr and Joie Carr; and her siblings, Sue Kocar, Tom Bollinger (Bobbie), Ken Bollinger (Kathy), Pat Bollinger, Linda Hockenberry and Miles Bollinger. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
