She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hayes and Dora Belle Forsythe Hayes; her husband Vernon E. Bright; and her siblings, Iris Irene, Leonard Oliver Hayes, Jr. and Wayne S. Kaufman.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Orahood, Sampsel, Gould, Pelfrey and Dr. Fred Callaway; her children, Wade Bright (Deborah) of Powell and Beth Mortinger (Paul) of Westerville; her grandson Kerby Bright (Adalie Schmidt); her brother Richard D. Hayes (Elsie); and her friend Marjorie Hadder. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Underwood Funeral Home (703 E 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
