He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Holbrook and Martha Angeline Holbrook (Robirds); his wife Ruth Jean (Woyan); his friend Ruth Ann Ropp; and his siblings, Marinda Alice "Rindie" (Holbrook), Huffman, Ellis Hearl Holbrook, Winnie Inez (Holbrook), Williams, Edward Earl Holbrook, Robert Edmond Holbrook, Octavia Mae "Tavie" (Holbrook) and Scott.
He is survived by: his children, James Holbrook of Bernalillo, NM and Myra Holbrook; his son-in-law Tommy Coleman of Lima; and his grandchildren, Michael Erik Kater of Zanesfield and Sara Elizabeth Bates (Cantrell) of Lima. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
