He is survived by: his sister Wanda Ayers; his sons, Michael Ayers (Lauri) of Chesterfield and Gloyd Elwood Ayers, III (Debbie) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Stephanie Darby (Scott), Gregory Ayers, Laura Warner and Andrew Ayers (Natasha); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Luke, Daylon, Mikalea, Isaiah, Tayjah, Emma, Jacob and Avery; and his sister Patricia Hytner of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
