He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fullen and Annabelle Fullen (Cox); and his sisters, Leslie and Allison. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Woodward; his sons, Geoffrey Fullen (Renee) of Scottsdale, AZ and Joshua Fullen (Erica) of Blacklick; and his grandchildren, Ameera, Sage, Teagan, Sophia and Geoffrey III.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Kobacker House in care of the funeral home.
