He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charles J. Carter; his sister Dawn Tipton; his grandparents, Stanley, Violet Carter, Russell and Doris Flowers; his mother Beverly S. Carter; his son Tyler Carter (Danielle) of Erin Carter; and his granddaughter Aria Carter of Marysville. He was also cherished by many aunts, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Union County Shrine Club Cans for Kids Program or the Loving Care Hospice in care of Ingram Funeral Home who is completing arrangements.
