He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pet Alex; his parents, Frederick Neibarger and Gladys Neibarger (Nelson); his wife Sherry Tosco Neibarger; his children, Traci Lausberg (Harold), Tamara Snyder (Wayne), Todd Neibarger and Tammy Hitt; and his siblings, Freda, Marilyn, David and Michael. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
