He is survived by: his significant other Heidi Blair-McWilliams of West Mansfield; his children, Amanda Butler (Kel Deal) of Centerville and David Butler (Tiffany) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Maddie, Caiden, Alissa, Brooklin, Charlotte, Lydia and Isaac; his siblings, Philis Brown (Kevin) of Tennessee, Donnie Butler (Julie) of Bellefontaine and Tammy Burkhammer (Chris) of Bellefontaine; and also, Nick Adams and Logan McWilliams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other loving friends.
