She is survived by: her sons, William Burkett (Rita) of Colorado Springs, Matthew Burkett (Dawn) of Omaha and Michael Burkett of Columbus; her grandchildren, Justin Burkett, Jesse Burkett, Anna Burkett, Erin Schroeder (Michael) and Mark Burkett; her great grandchildren, Miles, Leona and Joslyn; her brother Richard Adduci (Jacki Lewis); and her sister-in-law Joanne Adduci. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
