He is survived by: his children, Zackery Grubbs (Sadie) of Wapakoneta and Christine Grubbs (Lance) of Prospect; his parents, Floyd L. Grubbs and Luanne Guisinger Grubbs of Broadway; his sister Jennifer Smith of Marion; his stepsister Esther Grubbs of Columbus; his uncle David Guisinger (Vicki) of Corbin, Kentucky; his aunt Bernice Banks of Columbus; his nieces and nephews, Tristan, Taylor and James; and his friend Kelly King.
