She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cook and Daisy Underhill Cook. She is survived by: her husband Robert F. "Sonny" Hoffman; and her siblings, Doddie Burton and Butch Cook. She is also survived by her 9 children; 29 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Union County Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
