Blais, Sr.; her children, Tonia Chapman of Marysville, Bruce W. Blais, Jr. (Beth) of North Smithfield and Barrett Blais (Melissa) of Warren; her grandchildren, Jessica Carpenter (Garrett), Kaitlyn Chapman (Brandy), Derek Chapman (Grace), Ava Blais, Emma Blais, Lyla Blais and Stella Blais; her great grandchildren, Ben, Molly, Taylor and Ellie; and her sister Karen Anderson (Don) of North Smithfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives.
