It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Hayes of Marysville, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juanita Hayes of Columbus and Herbert Hayes (Sharon) of Powell; his caregiver Deborah Hayes (Burger); his children, Kim Hayes of Vermilion, Jason Hayes (Ammi Buga) of Vermilion, Krista Couser (Matthew) of St. Paris and Aaron Hayes (Rachel Landerman) of Columbus; his siblings, Karen Balzan (Ron) of Stony Brook, NY, Eric Hayes (Danielle) of Frazeysburg and Brian Hamilton (Kayli) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Caleb, Maddie, Aiden, Logan and Raegan; his parents-in-law, Connie and Harry Trent of Mansfield; his brothers-in-law, David Burger, Jr. (Diane) of Hubert, NC, Dean Burger (Marsha) of Mansfield and Dennis Burger (Joy) of Crestline; his grandparents, Edna, Edgar Witten of Springfield, Wayne Boetcher of Zanesville, Grace and Riggle Hayes of Donnelsville; and his father-in-law David Burger, Sr. of Mansfield. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
