He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Edith MacBlane, John and Sophie Szostek. He is survived by: his children, Painting, Kaylee and Aubree; his parents, Earl MacBlane and Patricia MacBlane of Upper Arlington; his sisters, Tara MacBlane of Upper Arlington and Denise Baum (Ken) of Rockford, Illinois; his aunts and uncles, Nancy, Rick Scarci, Bill, Susan Szostek, Corrine Molinari and Robert (Mary); his nephews, Jayden, Mario, Jonathan, Michael and Caden; his niece Aliceya; his cousin Anthony Scarci (Dewi); the mother of his children Megan Mirick; and also Ricky Scarci. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
Memorial contributions may be given in Earl's memory to his daughters' college fund.
