She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Evans and Mabel Evans; her son Michael; her brother James Evans; and her husband Louis Pettenski.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Carole), Thomas (Patricia Merkle) and Robert (Danella); and her grandchildren, Nikolas, Andrew, Jackson and Anna.
