Doris McCarty Rausch Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2025, Doris McCarty Rausch of Marysville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray McCarty and Nellie Walke McCarty; her husband Richard H. Rausch; her great grandchild Hazel Rae Rausch; her in-laws, Leo and Magdalena Wolff Rausch; her siblings, Carl (Phyllis McCarty), Mary (Bill Burns), Betty Dodge, Glenn (Maryellen McCarty) and Arleta (Edgar Bowersmith); and her sister-in-law Dorothy McCarty.

She is survived by: her sons, Philip Rausch (Sylvia) of Ocala, John Rausch (Aggie Edwards) of Marysville, Jed Rausch (Cindy) of Milford Center, Mark Rausch (Kristi) of Plain City and Brian Rausch (Mary Beth) of Milford Center; her grandchildren, Rich (Kristine), Rachel (Byron), Aaron, Adam (Laura), Angie (Bill), Casey (Marybeth), Megan (Matthew), Nicholas (Dana), Nathan (Rachel), Stacy (Lenny) of Brian, Justin (Jessica) and Matt (Becky); her brother Ray McCarty of Marysville; her close friends, Jinny Clemons and Georgianna Alvarez; and her neighbor Short. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (12809 OH-736, Marysville, OH 43040).
