He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Mulligan; and his siblings, Charles, Jerry, John, Marvin Mulligan and Ruth Mulligan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Renshler (Ken) of Bonita Springs and Catherine Johnson (Joe) of Bonita Springs; and his sister-in-law Mary Mulligan of Kenton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Donald's honor may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kenton.
