He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Gartner and Albert Gartner; and his brothers, Albert "Ben" and Charles J. Gartner. He is survived by: his wife Sally Gartner; his children, Bethany Holcomb (Craig), Jenny Austin and Michael Popick (Ann); his grandchildren, Avery, Val Austin, Brayden Holcomb, Olivia and Andrew Popick; and his brother Ronald Gartner. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
In Donald's memory, contributions may be made to Loving Care Hospice in care of the funeral home.
