He is survived by: his parents, David Palmer and Michele Palmer (Atherton); and his brothers, Matthew David Palmer of Huntington, WV, Kenneth Charles Palmer of Greenup, KY and Darrel Scott Palmer of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
