He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Billingsley and Dorothy "Maxine" Fagan Billingsley; his brother Douglas Billingsley; his father-in-law Philip Banks; and his nephew Wyatt Coburn.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Banks Billingsley; his sons, Eric Billingsley (Cassie Imler) of Centerburg, Jordan Billingsley (Katelyn) of Marysville and Kyle Billingsley of Marysville; his grandson Owen Billingsley; his mother-in-law Nancy Banks; his sisters-in-law, Melinda Banks (Jim Rittenhouse), Patti Westfall and Becky Spohn (Jason); and his friend Mark Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be donated to Marysville Division of Fire or OSU Ross Heart Hospital.
