She was predeceased by: her sister Anita; her grandmother Seiter; and her uncle Mike Callahan. She is survived by: her mother Judy Seiter; her husband Michael T. Kelly; her children, Christina Hite (Timothy) of Delaware, Amber Emrick (Tyler) of Prospect and Robert Shifflet of Prospect; her grandchildren, Abrianna, Alyssa, Elizabeth, Hazel, Caleb and Elliegh; her mother Judy Miller; her stepfather Calvin Miller; her siblings, Kurt, Melissa and Bruce; her aunt Sharon Callahan; her parents-in-law, Donna M. Wiley and Richard L. Kelly (Kathy); her siblings-in-law, Scott Kelly (Linda), Bob Kelly (Shenan), Toby Kelly (Tina) and Dennis Kelly (Robin); and her close friend Viantha "Momma Bear" (Bill Haley). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
