Dawn Youngkin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, at the age of 88, Dawn Youngkin of Marysville, Ohio, born in Kirksville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Pontius and Ruby Pontius (Gentry); her brother Maurice Pontius; and her nephew Rodney McClain. She is survived by: her husband Dwight R. Youngkin; her sons, Mark Youngkin (Nancy) of Pickerington and John Youngkin (Susan) of Gahanna; her grandchildren, Sean, Katherine, Jonah, Evan and Benjamin; her sister-in-law Beverly Pontius of Bellevue, Washington; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Jill Pontius Self, Deborah Dale, Dr. Kyle Pontius and Erik Pontius. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
