He is survived by: his parents, Charles Butler of East Liverpool and Elizabeth "Beth" Alford Butler of East Liverpool; his siblings, Anthony Smith (Jennifer) of Tennessee, Brandon Smith of Urbana, OH., William Butler of Marysville, OH and Gladys Butler of Marysville; and his grandparents, Paul Alford and Gladys Alford. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
