He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Johnson and Alvis Andrews Johnson; his daughter Jennifer Bartos; his brother Phil; and his sister-in-law Carol Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Burke; his daughter Erin Moore (John) of Delaware, Ohio; his son-in-law John Bartos of West Chester, Ohio; and his brother Jim Johnson of New Jersey. He is also survived by his nieces and a nephew.
