He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Phipps and Gertrude Phipps (Douglas); his brother Jimmie; and his sister-in-law Judy Phipps. He is survived by: his significant other Patti; his son Dan; his daughter-in-law Michelle Phipps of Plain City; his granddaughter Danielle Phipps; his brothers, Ralph "Gene" Phipps (Nancy), Terry Phipps (Karen) and Don Allen Phipps (Cathleen); his friends, Dot Dennis, Shaun and Beth Ellinger; and also, Danny and Patti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Danny's memory, contributions may be made to the family to help with unexpected expenses.
