He was predeceased by: his parents, John Feenstra and Doris Feenstra (Chandler); his stepfather Dwight Story; and his brother John Robert "Bob" Feenstra. He is survived by: his siblings, William C. "Bill" Feenstra (Sandy) of Marysville and Janet Feenstra Watson (Bill) of McGregor, MN; his great-nieces, Lyndsay, Erin McLaughlin, Kyleigh, Casey, Shae and Kenyon Feenstra; and his aunt Crystle Peterson of Oregon.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions to either First Presbyterian Church or the Union County Humane Society in memory of Charley.
