She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Price and Margaret A. Price; her husband Donald E. Evilsizor; and her sisters, Sheryl Janiece Rice (Price) and Barbara Kay Dranschak (Price).
She is survived by: her former husband David J. Arthur; her children, Ryan Joseph Arthur (Gabrielle) and Megan Marie Arthur (Scott Ulliman); her grandchildren, Caiden, Skylar, Christian, Chloe, Violet, Levi, Mayzie and Maddie; her brothers, Bruce Price of Worthington, John Price of Mansfield and Dan Price (Barb) of Bucyrus, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua P. Harruff, Candice J. Savage (Harruff), Tammy L. Traverse (Ed), John J. Dranschak (Michelle), Jay Owen, Jennifer L. Ballenger, Karla Morris (Johnny) and Brian D. Price (Jessica). She is also survived by 15 great-nieces and nephews, one great-great niece, and one great-great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, as Cathy was a 20+ year survivor of breast cancer, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society and/or The Arthur James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University.
