Bulah Bernice Shockey Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henderson and Hazel Smith Payne; her stepparents, Delbert Payne, Sr. and Vivian Henderson; her husband Charles William "Bill" Shockey of Shockey's Marathon; her children, George Edward Shockey and Rachel Lee Miller; her half-brothers, Delbert Payne, Jr., Elmer Payne and Arthur Payne; and her in-laws, Ola, Carl "Cod" Simpson, Harold, Betty Shockey, Norma and Dago Breece.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Schertzer of Marysville, Mary Price (Rodney) of Marysville, Jane Reisinger (Mark) of Marysville and Ann Reid (David) of Russellville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Rhonda Stiffler (David), Shannon Gale (Marty), Shawn Schertzer (Cami), Shelly Jones (Rick), Angie Davidson (Aaron), Shane Reisinger (Sharon), Barbie Laughbaum (Kris), Brandy Reisinger (Clayton Ramey), Luke Reisinger (Melanie), Steven Anderson, Andrew Lowe (Stephany Addy), Brian Lowe, Jody Stephens, Jimmy Lowe and James Shockey (Heather); her great grandchildren, Aries, Audrey, Alyssa, Jacob, Olivia, Brian, Ambur, Cody, Amanda, Matthew, Dakota, Taylor, Jamie, McKenzie, Damon, Jonathan, Cheyenne, Jasmine, Jourdain, Dallas, Kiersten, Hunter, Kristopher, Chelsea, Tre, Brittiane, Sydney, Madisyn, Jaxxsyn, Caisyn, Hudsyn, Darrisyn, Lainey, Jace, Alexa, Jaylynn, Grady, Gabrielle, Camille, Evan and Joe; her sister Lela Pugh; and her stepsister Margo Eyman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Underwood Funeral Home (703 E 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Union Township Cemetery in Milford Center.
