Symbolik II of Columbus, Lorraine Adams (Steve) of Upper Arlington, Marcia Burkett (Bruce) of Williamsburg, Deanne Symbolik Sneider of Windsor and Nancy Symbolik (Kelly Smith) of Lancaster, Ohio; his grandchildren, Caroline Adams Criswell (Jeffrey), Alyssa Adams Ritchie (Seth), Victoria Grace Adams, Sarah Burkett (Raynor Guzy), Scott Burkett, Will Sneider and Shea Sneider; his brothers, Stephen "Bud" Symbolik (Jean) of Austintown, Ohio and Thomas Symbolik of Austintown, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Bette Criswell and Judah Ritchie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
