She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. DeBolt and Eloise M. DeBolt (Milligan); and her spouse Callas Fielder, Jr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Peggy Stover and Sue; her brother-in-law Gail Gregory; her brother Harold "Johnny" DeBolt, Jr.; her son Michael Fielder of Columbus; and her sisters, Sandra Wurstbaugh of Marion and Karen Saylor of Columbus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
