She is survived by: her parent Ethel Brazelton (Chambers); her spouse Donald E. Bootes; her children, John C. Buchheit of Jacksonville, FL and Patricia McAdow (Douglas) of Marysville; her stepson Donald C. Bootes (Judy) of Lady Lake, FL; her daughter-in-law Catherine Kohen Zippay of Lauderdale-By; her grandchildren, Ryan McAdow (Jessica), Nicholas McAdow (Bethany) and Beau Buchheit (Kristina); and her stepgrandchildren, Jill Ghosn (John), Kevin Bootes (Melissa) and Wendy Large (James). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren; a great great grandchild.
