She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto N. Chamberlain and Ethel E. Chamberlain (Ruple); her husband Roy Adams Sr.; her daughter Marilyn Burns; her siblings, Verrick "Bud" Chamberlain (Dorothy), Vivian Lavaco-Dantz (Lester), Vernon Chamberlain (Florence) and Bette Clayton (Hurley); and her in-laws, Lucille Hammond (Pete), Virginia Phelps (Damon), Rosemary Brill (William) and John Adams (Eleanor).
She is survived by: her children, Mike Adams (BJ) of Milford Center, Chuck Adams (Barb) of Marysville, Dave Adams (TJ) of Plain City, Kevin Adams (Dawn) of Warsaw, Roy Adams Jr. (Teresa) of Milford Center and Allison McCarty (James) of Zanesfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Memorial Hospital Mobile Meals, or any charity of choice in care of the funeral home.
