With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas J Wallace of Martinsville, Ohio, born in Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Omeda Elizabeth Wallace (Caudill). He is survived by: his wife Debbie M. Wallace (Bruce); his stepchildren, Chris McCormick (Rita) and Tommy McCormick (Anna); and his sisters, Connie Monteleone (Joe) and Judy Pauley. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren and a step-great-grandchild.
