Williamson and Louella Williamson (Arledge); her husband Micheal Cook; her siblings, Russel Williamson, Herber Williamson, Harry Williamson, Dorothy Chaney and Dale Williamson; her nephews, Terry Williamson and Byron Workman; and her siblings-in-law, Stephen Cook, Carl Moon, Ron Dougan, Richard Workman and Sara Workman.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Edwards (Greg) of Kentucky, Michele Cook of Martinsville, Michael Cook (Kim) of Wilmington and Melinda Wilson (Kevin) of Martinsville; and her grandchildren, Cathi Hopkins (Tim) of Wisconsin, Matthew J. Cook of Wilmington, Bryce A. Edwards of Kentucky, Trent A. Cook of Wilmington, Emily L. Cook of Wilmington, Lindsey G. Cook of Wilmington, Margret L. Cook of Martinsville, Michael J. Cook of Martinsville, Kassandra A. Watson of Martinsville, Kevin Wilson Jr. of Xenia, Miranda Wilson of Kentucky, Elliana Hopkins, Bella Wilson and Zeppelin Ormes.
