He is survived by: his wife Melissa Henkaline Bach; his children, Hunter A. Bach of Jamestown and Ellie G. Bach of Jamestown; his parents, Donald R. Bach (Brenda) of New Carlisle and Marie Reveart of France; and his siblings, Patty James (Joel) of Lambertville, Theresa Wampler (Jeff) of Wilmington, Dorothy Reveal (Randy) of Lynchburg, Anita Bach (Don Temple) of Martinsville, Rebecca Deeter (Scott Denney) of Sabina and Karl Bach of Florida. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of special friends.
