She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell L. Carroll and Sara G. Carroll (Nace); her husband Dennis Eugene "Gene" Bartlett; and her brother William Nace. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Longstreth (Michael), Roy Brown, Mark Brown, Michael Brown (Lisa) and Victor Purdin; her brother Russell Nace (Carolyn); and her great grandchild Kevin Jenkins, Jr.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
