He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Jr. Temple and Josephine Temple (Reveal); and his grandson Alex James Temple. He is survived by: his close friend Anita Bach; his son Donald L. "D. J."; his grandchildren, Blas McMullen of Martinsville, Kylie Lynn Setty of Hillsboro, Hunter Lee Lawwill and Eathan Wyatt Lawwill; his siblings, Sandy Hatton (Jamie) of Mowrystown, Shirley Salyer (Tim) of Blanchester and Ronald Temple (Leeann) of Belfast; his close friend Gary Hopkins (Judy) of Lynchburg; his nieces, Krystal Puckett (Josh) of Hillsboro and Tabitha Lunsford of Mowrystown; his uncle Junior Reveal (Drue) of Aberdeen; and his cousins, David Reveal (Brenda) of West Union, Randy Reveal (Dorothy) of Lynchburg, Bill Reveal (Lisa) of Martinsville, Harley Reveal Jr. of Aberdeen, Steve Reveal (Cathy) of Georgetown, KY and Michelle Reveal of Kentucky.
