She is survived by: her husband Curt Cozine; her children, Kristy Brock (Corey), Samantha Buckley (Daniel) and Curtis Newman (Courtney); her grandchildren, Chase Taylor, Mark, Addison Brock, Kaitlyn, Connor Lafferty, Cohan, Ethan, Colin Wright, Kiki Lockhart and Harper Newman; her great grandchild Theodore; and her siblings, Penny Terrell (Mark), Janice Simmons (Buddy), Jack Shank, Jr. (Sandy) and Jeff Shank (Diana).
