He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Elwood and Eva Lorene Bloom (Gull); and his sister Phyllis McClanahan. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernie Bloom, Darius Bloom, Robert Bloom of Martinsville and Wanda May Bosier of Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
