He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Miller; his parents, Everett Miller and Imogene Miller; and his daughter Marsha Shelton. He is survived by: his daughters, Chrystal Phillips (Tony), Stephanie Swearingen and Lorrie Reinhart (Brian); his sister Joan Miller; and his close friends, Thompson and McCoy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
