He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kenneth and Pauline Rice (Kern). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rice (Conrath); his children, William Rice, Jr., Jeff Rice (Kathy), David Rice (Rachel Rotilio) of Flushing, OH and Jennifer Edwards (Michael) of Powell, OH; his grandchildren, Brittany, Chandler, Sophie Rice, Alexis and Carter Edwards; his great grandchild Mason; and his siblings, Edward Rice (Connie) and Susan Barlage (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935).
