He was predeceased by: his parent Wilbur B.; his former wives, Minerva Heslop (Froom) and Sara Jo Heslop (Harth); his brother Harold Heslop; his siblings-in-law, Martha Heslop, Charles C. Bennett, Sr., Kenneth Roethlisberger, Joseph H. Harth and Carolyn Bess; and his son-in-law Charles W. Dietlin.
He is survived by: his parent Louise Heslop (Saunders); his children, Cindi L. Dietlin of Simsbury, CT, Gregory Heslop (Sandy) of Martins Ferry and Heidi L. Burns (Jeff) of Powell, OH; his sisters, Audrey Roethlisberger of Lima, OH and Jean Ann Bennett of Martins Ferry; his sisters-in-law, Darlene Bole (Tary) of Ocala, FL and Maryanne Harth of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Darnas Grimm (Jon Furlong) of Upper Arlington, OH, Susan Merjos (Dan Kelley) of New York, NY, Robert Vavrina of Raleigh, NC and Dana Nehren (Geoff) of Holland, OH; and his great grandchildren, Kiersten Grimm, Tyler Grimm, Jacob Nehren, Travis Nehren, Rose Sara Merjos, Gigi Furlong, Jay Furlong, Bailey, Taffy and Snickers.
