Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sherman Lyons Jr. of Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 79, on November 28, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Lyons and Agnes Lyons Sr. (Beech); his wife Martha Lyons (Payton); his siblings, Alice Lyons, Marie Banks and David Lyons; his niece Victoria Richie; his nephew Jimmy Baker; and his great-nephew Issac DeGenova.

He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Lisa Scott, Rachel Roth (James) and Kathy Howell; his sister Phyllis Pritt; his stepgrandchildren, Cameron and Logan Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Ramona Gaughan, Rose Baker, Rebecca Cornell, Jessica DiDomenicus, Paul Baker, Jeff Richie and Chuck Lyons.
