She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold F. Blumenauer and Ruth M. Blumenauer (Rouse); and her brothers, Harold E. "Sonny" Blumenauer and Elmer "Jack" Rouse. She is survived by: her children, Mark Hayes (Susan) of Cincinnati, Stephanie Clifford (Roger) of Virginia Beach, Cheryl Hayes of Virginia Beach, Curtis Hayes of Dayton, OH and Terry Hayes of Martins Ferry. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four Great Grandchildren.
