It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Allen Pickens of Martins Ferry, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Pickens and Alice Pickens (West); his wife Edith F. Pickens (Efaw); and his brothers, Willard R. Pickens and Edward Pickens.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald J. Pickens (Cammie) of Bellaire, Ted A. Pickens of Piedmont and Michael S. Pickens (Melissa) of Wheeling; and his brother Dennis Pickens (Kelly). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
