He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Barr and Marie Barr; his wife Rhea L. Barr; and his son Robert A. Barr. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Jo Barr of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Walter, Betty and Aaron. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The family requests no flowers and any donations be made to animal welfare organizations.
